Today, as I reflect on my own journey into motherhood, I realize that while pregnancy and birth were transformative in so many ways, the postpartum phase took me by surprise. It was a time that, despite all the preparation, felt incredibly lonely and overwhelming. I was surrounded by support, yet the emotional and physical adjustments were much more profound than I had imagined. The sleepless nights, the never-ending feedings, and the emotional rollercoaster left me searching for my new identity—not just as a mother, but as a woman.
As many new mothers will understand, the transition to motherhood can be full of paradoxes. On one hand, it’s the most rewarding and beautiful time in life, yet on the other hand, it can feel isolating, disorienting, and exhausting. I had to learn to find my balance again—not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. I realized that there is so much focus on the birth itself, yet the postpartum journey is equally as important, if not more.
This experience sparked a deep calling within me to help others in a more holistic way—one that didn’t just focus on pregnancy or birth alone, but supported the entire journey of becoming a mother. That’s when I decided to create the 3-Day Holistic Pregnancy Course, which I'm so excited to launch again today.
