My Story and Why the “Alchemy of Connection”
I’ve been where you are — overwhelmed, disconnected, and trying to hold everything together.
I’m a holistic coach who healed chronic gut, sleep and anxiety issues through somatic practices, ceremony and lifestyle change.
Now I guide women to do the same — with grounded, science-informed tools and meaningful rituals.
These practices became the foundation of my work today and my life in South Portugal, where I thrive as a mother, a friend, a loving partner, and as an entrepreneur.
