Coaching through Cacao

Cacao has been cherished for centuries as a powerful plant medicine for healing and connecting with the spiritual realm. Today, cacao is gaining popularity in the coaching industry as a tool for opening the heart and aligning with one's purpose.

With its mood-boosting and heart-opening effects, cacao helps us to create a sense of community and deep connection with ourselves and others. By tapping into the wisdom of the plant, we can access valuable insights and guidance that lead to breakthroughs and shifts in perspective. For the ones who are feeling stuck or disconnected, cacao can provide the support and clarity they need to align with their highest selves.

Beyond its psychological benefits, cacao has physical benefits, including its high antioxidant and magnesium content. When consumed in a ceremonial context, cacao can help to protect against oxidative stress and inflammation while promoting heart health and reducing stress and anxiety.

Cacao can facilitate personal growth and transformation in a sacred space, bringing us closer to our true essence. Whether used in a one-on-one coaching session or in a larger group ceremony, cacao is a powerful tool for healing, connection, and communication with the divine.

So let us open our hearts to the wisdom of cacao and allow its gentle embrace to guide us on our journey towards greater self-awareness and purpose. May we find the courage to release what no longer serves us, and embrace the transformative power of this sacred plant medicine.

I use Cacao as a tool for coaching, as well as in Ceremonies. I’ve seen great results and responded to them in different forms. Yet it is important to highlight that Cacao and other plant medicine are tools to tap into the energy, awareness, and focus we need. The answers are within us, and we can respond, create and transform our lives as we desire. It is important to drop the “as soon as…” model of thinking “as soon as I do the Ayahuasca retreat” or “…the cacao ceremony”. This will give you a temporary boost, but it is your responsibility in life to make the changes that support your well-being.

I’m very passionate about this subject. If you’d like to talk further, book a FREE discovery call!

With love,

Paula.
