Detox your life pt. 2
Detoxing your life brings in more energizing elements, so there’s less room for things that drain you. It’s an ongoing process, and you can design it based on where you are. You also have the freedom to adjust as you go, so take it step by step.
Nutrition is often the first aspect of detoxification. Confident food choices might influence how the body works and eliminate toxins. Diet is only one piece of the puzzle.
Remember that what works for you might be different for your family or friends. Using a Detox Inventory help reflect on your journey. By prioritizing what you want to change, it is easier to start. You can’t focus on every aspect of detox at once; luckily, you don’t have to.
Invite your family to do this exercise, too. It’s a great way to learn from others and get healthier together!

Now that you know where you are regarding nutrition, you can prioritize 1 or 2 things to improve. The practice of cleansing has many ways to reset one's body. For example, you can start by drinking more water and that will reduce your sugar cravings, or you can try cooking more at home and have fun with it!
Here are some takeaways as you begin:
Detoxing your life means adding in more nutritional elements and reducing exposure to potential toxins.
Meet yourself where you are and recognize that your needs and circumstances will continue to change.
Detoxing looks different for everyone. The Detox Inventory will help you see what works for you and what you can improve.
Detoxing is a sustainable lifestyle, not a quick fix. Focusing on crowding out and taking small steps makes it easier to implement new practices and maintain them over time.
Start small, and remember, the best practice is the one you can do!
